30 Young Bangla members received internship and job at Aamra Companies

‘Korposhopan Pathaton’ career camp is a unique initiative of Shikka 2 Employment Program (S2EP) organized by APIT and supported by Young Bangla. As of now, two career camps have been organized in Jessore from 26th August to 30th August (camp-1) and Khulna from 27th August to 31th August (camp-2) which were supported by respectively Aamra and Pusti.

From the 1st camp, 10 Young Bangla members got job and 20 received internship under Vision-2021 Internship Program at Aamra.

This career camp is mainly aimed to provide some necessary skills to the fresh graduates and entrants to be a competent candidate for the job market. Throughout this camp, participants were trained to enhance their capabilities in job search and application, facing interviews, communication skills in English, basic Computing and issues like career planning, office decorum, office manners, team building, achieving target & meeting deadlines, problem solving, decision making, time management, stress management and other issues of organizational policies and management.

Total 200 Young Bangla members, 100 in each, participated in these camps. The participants were consisted of different universities such as Jessore University of Science and Technology, City College from Jessore and Khulna University, Khulna University of Science and Technology and Khulna B. L. College from Khulna. This training camp had also provided the opportunity to the trainees to directly avail the job if anyone perform well in the camp.
