Kormoshopan Pataton career aims at facilitating training in 64 districts of the country as a guide to career readiness and employability skills to impart need-based steerage for the entry-level job seekers.
After the success of the Chattogram Camp, the second camp of this year’s Kormoshopan Pataton was held at the Rangpur RDRS Auditorium from July 1 to July 3, 2018. The participants hailed from different parts of the Rangpur division. The participants were vibrant, curious and ambitious with a lot of promise. The facilitation was carried out by the officials of Young Bangla and Aamra Company.
During the three days of session, participants were given a real life analysis of the pros and cons of applying for a job, drafting a CV and a showcase of skills that companies look for in a candidate. The first day was about associate introductory session that was coordinated by the Young Bangla Secretariat and the following two days were dedicated to career planning and designing, CV formulation, job search methods and a practical interview simulation with Aamra Company. The participants were mostly recent graduates who could readily apply for jobs in the market.
The career camp was supported by the past Joy Bangla Youth award winning Organizations from Rangpur Division.
