Second phase of Young Bangla’s revolutionary internship scheme with Bangladesh government’s Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources (MoPEMR) kicked off on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.
Selim Reza, a young man born blind in the seaside locality of Patenga in Chittagong, grew up in a society that viewed its people with special needs with very little care, let alone anything special. As he grew up, he knew exactly what it would take to turn the “burdens” into assets.

Kaaktarua (meaning scarecrow in English), a Sylhet-based social organization got Joy Bangla Youth Award 2017 under the category of community development. Receiving the award from Prime Minister’s ICT Advisor Sajeeb Wazed was a moment to savour and it was the greatest of all achievements for the organization so far.
